Mr. Abreu has over 20 years of experience in Private Equity, consulting and business management. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Teman Capital, a mid sized Private Equity focused in investments in Brazil. Before Teman, Mr. Abreu spent 9 years as a CFO of Kroton Educacional S.A., leading the M&A efforts (15Bn in investments), multiplying its net income by 165x and its market value by +25x. Elected best CFO in Brazil for 5 consecutive years and received the “40 under 40” (most talented leaders) Award in Portugal. Previously he was a Director of Advent International in São Paulo, and McKinsey consultant in the Lisbon, New York and São Paulo offices.
Mr. Abreu holds an MBA from INSEAD.
