Mr. García is the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Victoria Capital Partners. Prior to joining VCP, Mr. García was a practicing attorney at the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, a leading international law firm. During his ten-year tenure at Cleary Gottlieb, Mr. García advised private investment funds, including private equity funds, in their formation and organization as well as in their investment activities, particularly in Latin America and other emerging markets. Mr. García holds a J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, and an undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University.
